Idea description

This project could serve as a thesis by focusing on developing an AI-driven conversational interface for managing patient traffic in healthcare systems. The research would involve replacing traditional DTMF-based systems with a smart Conversational AI Robot that understands patient requests, interacts with an API for appointment scheduling, and seamlessly handles booking or routing tasks. The thesis could explore natural language processing, API integration, and user experience design while addressing technical challenges such as intent recognition, error handling, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
