Other
- Check the configuration in the firewall for UDP timeout, the default value in many firewalls is 2 minutes, which could leads to the video call ending after 2 minutes. Increase the value if you experience calls disconnecting.
- Does your organization use a VPN service for the employees who connects from outside the company network, we recommend that this traffic, will run outside the VPN network to avoid any disturbance.
- Check your settings in the Proxy-server, if you use a central server or if you use any specific GPO on the computers using the video service.
