Customer Log 2.0
- The new version, called Customer Log 2.0, is available. To get access, a remote agent needs to be set up. Contact Aurora if you want to start using the service and we will help you.
- The service is a compliment for customers who wants to integrate the statistics from Aurora teleQ into their own statistical system. The service is divided into several report types, each providing a different type of data.
- The new Customer Log 2.0 takes data from the new report data server, and we enable the customer to reach more data than in the previous Customer Log. This means that our customer will reach similar data found in the new reports (Log, Incoming contacts, and Users).
Telephony
- Fix to the functionality to prioritize wait queue calls higher than callback calls with a callback time in the future. The wait queue calls will be shown above callback calls that are not yet due.
- New languages available for text to speech - Norwegian, German, French and Italian.
- Fixed bug where it sometimes was not possible to listen to recorded calls via phone.
- Reverted an earlier change that changed the behavior when using the setting not to allow duplicate phone numbers. Now a task is considered to have a duplicate even if the task categories are different.
- The estimated waiting time in wait queue is no longer given if you are the first person in the queue.
- This is because the estimate is inherently inaccurate. The estimated waiting time is always rounded up to the nearest minute and will never be said to be lower than two minutes. The same estimated waiting time will not be repeated. If the estimated waiting time is not lower than the previous estimate the estimate is not repeated.

Notes: It’s now possible to change the order for predetermined standard texts.
Holiday schedule: fix to make the holiday schedule start at midnight. Before it could start later in the day, which was incorrect.
Web entrance: the personal identification will now only show in the admin view, if the function is activated for the customer.
Repeating sound: The repeating sound for tasks will now stop when the last task in the list is opened, before it must be finished.
