Our support function is staffed by employees who are trained in all functions in Aurora teleQ and have good knowledge of the core activities in the healthcare system. We work in a close-knit support organisation with good collaboration between Aurora 1st line and 2nd line, which is supported by the entire Aurora organisation. We work continuously to improve our collaboration with other support partners who provide support to end customers. Our close relationship with end users is important and this is where we have our main focus. We work constantly to keep our customer satisfaction level above 90%, and we rarely fail.
