What is your role at the orthopaedic department at Hudiksvall Hospital?
-I am the Head of Unit for the orthopaedic outpatient clinic and the medical secretaries here at Hudiksvall Hospital.
How do you see your work with Aurora teleQ developing further?
I believe that additional functions, clearer messages, and the ability to share files with patients – both to and from them – could further improve our work.
How can Aurora teleQ be used in relation to the care guarantee?
-The care guarantee can benefit greatly from Aurora teleQ, as a lot of administration and information needs to be shared with patients. The system can streamline both administrative work and the distribution of information.
How do employees experience Aurora teleQ and its impact on the workday?
-I experience Aurora teleQ as a very dynamic and flexible system, and our staff feel it works well because they can control both schedules and call-out times. For example, if we have a training day, we can easily adjust our call-out hours.
Was it easy for you as a manager to get started with Aurora teleQ?
-I was not a frequent user of Aurora teleQ before, so the training materials in teleQ Academy were a great help. I was able to quickly get started with setting up schedules and adding messages. I believe I will continue to learn even more over time.
What advice would you give to other managers who are about to start using Aurora teleQ?
-I see more and more advantages to using Aurora teleQ. My advice is to dare to use more of the system’s functions to make opening hours and availability clearer for patients, which in turn reduces stress for staff.
