Aurora Innovation appoints Miika Salo as new Country Manager for Finland and the Baltics
Aurora Innovation, a health technology company dedicated to improving the availability and efficiency of healthcare services, has appointed Miika Salo as its new Country Manager for Finland and the Baltics.
With a strong background in multicultural organizations and several Swedish-based companies, Miika has spent the past four years working closely with the Finnish and Baltic markets. His experience includes leading SaaS transformations, developing scalable commercial models, and building strong sales and governance structures in complex and evolving business environments.
Across his career, Miika has acted as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and technical teams, translating advanced SaaS capabilities into clear, mission-critical value propositions for healthcare providers. He also brings extensive experience managing P&L responsibilities and navigating the intersection of technology, public policy, and critical national infrastructure (in ICT, energy, and healthcare).
